When James Montgomery played in Nashville as a member of the Johnny Winter Band, the Nashville Tennessean wrote “If ever the me came to use two “legendary” tags in one story, it is to describe both Winter and Montgomery. They are blues masters of the first and highest degree.” Harmonica ace Montgomery has earned that “legendary” tag through a stellar career that spans 5 decades. In the blues world he is truly one of the greats. Tonight he is joined by Sean Chambers and the Savoy Brown Rhythm Section for what promises to be a powerful night of music from these blues legends.
